Say Damn

Wet towels are who?
Nuts said what?
Toenails go where?

In a roundabout way
I’m telling you to shut up
And vote.

And I don’t care how the sun squats
Or if Auntie Boo lied
Or if the river pisses.

Because if there’s one thing
I know besides my bladder
It’s history and how pitiful
Re-telling it can be.

So do as I say and damn –
X that box like nothing
Then yes go chew on dimes
If you want to.
